Is that the 1st Amendment I Hear Being Shredded?

So, we have gotten to the point where speech is no longer free. I knew it was just a matter of time and had hoped against such silliness. When words are not allowed to be spoken, I care not the context, then we have truly decided that we no longer need freedom. Make no mistake, this is NOT yelling "FIRE" in a crowded theatre. This is an opinion being expressed by a citizen. Whether we agree in that opinion OR the context with which it was delivered is nto the point. The point is we no longer are able to have discourse with the ability of an opressive and demanding body of rule (it's not anywhere near what a government should be so it is non-deserving of that title) telling us what is and is not allowed to be said.

Trust me when I say that I am NOT a member of the "black pajama" crowd but does anyone NOT think that this administration could feasibly decide to suspend the Constitution if it so desired? It's an interesting thought could it actually happen? I suppose not as some members of the military would not march to those orders but given the right amount of provocation and their inate ability to justify anything with the media and their supporters, nothing would surprise me.
